As part of making an appearance in every case, an attorney also shall file contemporaneously a client disclosure statement in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1 and Local Civil Rule 7.3. The service of all pleadings and notices as required shall be sufficient if served only upon the associated local counsel. Local counsel shall attend all court proceedings unless excused by the court.
